1. Scope

This service warranty applies to COMICLS platform functions, AI content-generation jobs, publishing tools, storage, reader access, and creator workflows.

2. What COMICLS Aims to Provide

  • Reasonable uptime for reading, publishing, and using Studio.
  • Credits or Diamonds restoration when a verified server error deducted balance but produced no job result.
  • Reasonable effort to recover interrupted jobs when logs and required source data remain available.
  • Clear status display for content generation, moderation, publishing, and payment flows.

3. Limits of AI Output

AI content generation is probabilistic. COMICLS does not guarantee perfect continuity, exact aesthetic preference, specific commercial performance, or output that needs no editing. Creators should review scripts, images, character lineups, and comic pages before publication.

4. Exclusions

  • Inputs that violate content, copyright, or safety policies.
  • Third-party incidents such as payment gateways, model providers, CDN, storage, or network issues.
  • Data loss caused by user deletion, shared credentials, unsupported browser extensions, or unauthorized account access.
  • Creative dissatisfaction when the result is technically complete and usable.

5. Incident Handling

When platform incidents occur, COMICLS may rerun jobs, restore balances, repair content records, or provide alternate remedies based on logs and impact level.
