Rules for using COMICLS as a reader, creator, AI Studio user, or community member.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing COMICLS, creating an account, reading content, publishing works, buying Credits, or using AI tools, you agree to these Terms of Service and related policies.

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
  • You must provide accurate account and payment information when requested.
  • COMICLS may restrict accounts that abuse automation, payments, creator tools, comments, or AI content generation.

3. Reader and Creator Use

Readers may access free and paid content according to platform settings. Creators may upload novels, comics, images, and related metadata only when they have valid rights.

You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, sell, or bulk-download platform content without written permission.

4. AI Studio

COMICLS provides AI-assisted tools for scripts, adaptation, thumbnails, character lineups, and comic page generation. AI outputs may require human review before publication. You are responsible for checking continuity, legality, quality, and usage rights before using or publishing generated assets.

5. Payments, Credits, and Diamonds

Credits, Diamonds, subscriptions, donations, and creator earnings are digital balances inside the platform. These items may be subject to additional payment, refund, fraud-prevention, and payout rules.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Uploading content you do not own or do not have permission to use.
  • Publishing illegal, exploitative, hateful, or non-consensual content.
  • Bypassing moderation, payment limits, rate limits, or safety systems.
  • Using bots or scripts to inflate views, likes, comments, revenue, or rankings.

7. Enforcement

COMICLS may remove content, limit visibility, reverse abusive balances, hold payouts, or restrict accounts when needed to protect the platform, users, creators, or rights holders.

8. Disclaimer

COMICLS is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep the service stable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect AI results, or permanent storage of draft materials.
