1. Creator Responsibility
Creators are responsible for content they upload, generate with AI, edit, publish, and monetize. Using AI does not remove the obligation to check legality, safety, quality, and usage rights.
2. Allowed Content
COMICLS welcomes comics, webtoons, original novels, adaptations you have rights to create, fan-style works where legally allowed, comments, community posts, and AI-assisted creative drafts that comply with this policy.
3. Restricted or Prohibited Content
- Copyright-infringing content or unauthorized commercial adaptations.
- Sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or sexualization of minors.
- Graphic abuse, terrorist support, instructions for serious harm, or illegal activity.
- Hate, harassment, doxxing, impersonation, scams, spam, or view manipulation.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, or attempts to bypass platform controls.
4. Mature Themes
Some fictional mature themes may be allowed if they are not exploitative, are correctly classified, and comply with law and platform safety rules. COMICLS may limit visibility or require edits.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated scripts and images should be reviewed before publication. Creators should fix continuity issues, remove potentially infringing content, and ensure depicted characters are represented safely.
6. Moderation Actions
COMICLS may label, age-gate, reduce visibility, unpublish, reject, edit metadata, remove content, or restrict accounts when needed. Serious or repeated violations may affect creator revenue and payouts.
