2. Do Not Upload Content Without Rights
Do not upload, adapt, translate, monetize, or create derivative works from copyrighted material if you do not own the rights or have valid permission. This includes novels, manga, webtoons, character designs, logos, images, and scripts.
3. Takedown Requests
If you believe content on COMICLS infringes your copyright, send a notice including:
- Your legal name, company name if any, and contact email.
- The copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The COMICLS URL or content ID alleged to infringe.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
- A statement that your information is accurate and that you have authority to act.

4. Counter Notices
If your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter notice with identifying information, an explanation, contact details, and a statement that you agree to applicable legal process when required.
5. Repeat Infringement
Accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights may have publishing rights limited, monetization disabled, AI tools restricted, or accounts terminated.
